Terms and Conditions – jiji2

By accessing, registering, or using the jiji2 platform – whether via the website at jiji2.vu or the jiji2 mobile app – you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with jiji2.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the jiji2 platform. Continued use after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To open and maintain a jiji2 account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and use.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or suspension on your jiji2 account.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under applicable laws applicable to you.

jiji2 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed immediately and any funds will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) jiji2 account only. Duplicate accounts – whether using the same identity, payment method, device, or IP address – are not allowed and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

When registering your account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. jiji2 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain features. KYC documents may include a valid government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license.

All transactions on jiji2 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Philippine payment channels, which may include local bank transfers and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts are displayed within your account dashboard.

You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. jiji2 does not accept deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency, and these cannot be used for wagering on the platform.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be subject to processing times determined by the payment channel. jiji2 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. Any transaction fees imposed by a payment provider are the responsibility of the player.

All bets and wagers placed on jiji2 – whether on sports markets, live casino, slots, fish games, or other available game types – are subject to the specific rules published for each game or market. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules apply.

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where jiji2 explicitly provides a cash-out or in-play adjustment feature for that market. jiji2 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or where the relevant event has been subject to manipulation, incorrect pricing, or technical error.

Results for sporting events are determined by official governing bodies where applicable. For Philippine basketball (PBA), boxing, and other local sports, results are based on official announcements from the relevant league or body. For live casino and slot games, outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems.

jiji2 may impose betting limits on individual players, markets, or events at its discretion. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

jiji2 may offer promotions, bonuses, cashback, or other rewards to eligible players from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, qualifying games or events, and any wagering requirements that must be met before a bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.

Promotions are intended for personal, recreational use only. Any player found to be abusing bonuses – including through duplicate accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploiting technical errors – will have their bonus revoked and may have their account suspended. jiji2 reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotion at any time.

jiji2 reserves the right to implement protective measures on any account showing signs of problem gambling behaviour, including restricting deposits, enforcing cooling-off periods, or closing the account entirely, with or without prior notice to the player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiji2:

• Opening more than one account, or assisting another person in opening a duplicate account.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other players or jiji2 staff.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Accessing jiji2 from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law.

Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

All content on the jiji2 platform – including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, and design elements – is the property of jiji2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any jiji2 content without express written permission. Your jiji2 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, jiji2 is not liable for any loss of funds, profits, data, or other damages arising from your use of the platform, including losses resulting from technical faults, connectivity issues, delayed transactions, or game errors, except where such loss is directly caused by jiji2's proven negligence.

jiji2 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where possible.

Players accept that all gaming and betting on jiji2 involves financial risk. Losses from betting activity are the responsibility of the player. jiji2 is not responsible for betting decisions made by players.

jiji2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may request closure of their own account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any legitimate outstanding balance at the time of account closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

jiji2 also reserves the right to close or restrict accounts in response to regulatory, legal, or technical requirements without liability to the player beyond returning verified account balances.

jiji2 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via their registered contact details or through a notice displayed upon login.

Continued use of jiji2 after an update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
